Optimisation de la conception et analyse des performances d’un compresseur linéaire autolubrifié utilisant l’injection de vapeur dans un réfrigérateur à deux zones de température.
Design optimization and performance analysis of a self-lubricating linear compressor using vapor injection in a dual-temperature zone refrigerator.
Résumé
Oil-free linear compressor is conducive to expand the potential applications of refrigeration systems. This study introduces a novel self-lubricating linear compressor with vapor injection composite bearings for dualtemperature zone refrigeration system, which can mitigate the flow loss of conventional oil-free compressor. A validated numerical model of the linear compressor is developed, and an optimization framework for the composite bearing parameters is proposed to align with working condition and refrigerating requirements of dual-temperature zone refrigeration systems. The optimized VISLLC reduces frictional losses by 25.9 %, leakage losses by 7.3 % and resulting in 16.8 % improvement of system COP compared to the original structure. These advancements provide innovative solutions for critical components in dual-temperature zone refrigeration systems, offering insights for expanding their application scope.
