Résumé

This paper is concerned with the shape optimisation of the centrifugal compressor diffuser vanes on the basis of already optimised compressor stage without these vanes using state-of-art methods. The goal of the optimisation is to improve efficiency and pressure rate of this compressor. The centrifugal compressor consists of impeller, diffuser vanes and vaned return channel. The authors mention the physical models and boundary conditions and the description of mathematical methods and computational assumptions are also discussed.
