The economy optimization of the cooling tube of a fan coil unit.

Résumé

The fan coil unit (FCU) performance influences the running result of an air-conditioning system directly. Based on the techno-economic point of view, the parameter optimization design model was created with the parameter analysis of the cooling tube of the FCU. The main dimensions and running parameters were optimized with overall expenses as the objective. The results show that the optimization temperature of the cold water and the economic overall length of coil pipe can be achieved with calculation and analysis and the principle foundation of the structure design and the running parameter choice of FCU can be provided.
