Optimisation multi-objectif des paramètres de la structure géométrique d’une ailette dentelée dans un échangeur de chaleur à plaques-ailettes utilisant l’azote liquide cryogénique, basée sur l’analyse de l’interaction fluide-structure.
Multi-objective optimization of the geometrical structure parameters of serrated fin in plate-fin heat exchanger with cryogenic liquid nitrogen based on fluid structure interaction analysis.
Résumé
Based on the CFD method and Full2nd-Order Polynomial response surface the present study analyzes the comprehensive performance of serrated fin in plate-fin heat exchangers on cryogenics condition from perspective of fluid structure interaction. The effect of the fin height, fin space, fin thickness and fin interrupted length on flow resistance, heat transfer and stress distribution is analyzed quantitatively. The results show that, compared with the pressure stress, the thermal stress is very low and the large stress is mainly in the region ofkeen-edged geometric structure, and the largest stress is in the region connecting two rows of fins. The dependency of two parameters is investigated, revealing that the fin height and fin space are intensively influenced by each other considering the effect of them on the jfactor, and that the fin space and fin thickness are intensively influenced by each other considering the effect of them on the f factor, and that, considering the effect on the maximum stress, the four input parameters are mutually and basically independent. Based on above analyses, by combining Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm, the fin structure is optimized comprehensively A set of Pareto-optimal parameter points are obtained. To demonstrate the effectiveness of optimization configuration, the comparison between the original design and optimal designsis performed. Compared with the original design, the JF factor of optimized structures 1,2 and 3 increases by 8.8%,4.4% and 9.6%, and the maximum stress decreases by 29.6%,42.3% and 21.1%,respectively. The Multi-Objective Genetic Algorithm based on Full 2nd-Order Polynomial response surface offers theoretical guidance for optimization design.
