Performance énergétique des systèmes de refroidissement urbain à Shanghai.

Energy performance of district cooling systems in Shanghai.

Auteurs : MA H., LONG W.

Résumé

District cooling systems (DCS) have been successfully applied in many countries and use chilled water which is generated in a central refrigeration plant is then delivered through a distribution network to support the air-conditioning systems in a district place. Because of the large scale production, the efficiency of refrigeration equipment is higher than that in individual buildings. In recent years, interest in DCS has been aroused in China for large-scale of construction and under the pressure of energy saving. This paper describes a study on the feasibility research of implementing DCS in Shanghai, which has a typical subtropical climate. The paper focuses on detailed analysis of several main factors which influence the energy efficiency of DCS, and first costs, annual owning and operating costs, life cycle costs, return year and influence to environment of DCS and common system are analysed and compared, and then a conclusion of the precondition for good energy performance is given.
