Pompes à chaleur à adsorption : technologie actuelle et du futur.

Adsorption heat pump technology: present and future.

Auteurs : MEUNIER F.

Résumé

Due to environmental considerations, sorption technology is expected to develop for cooling as well as for heat pump applications since it uses benign fluids. At the moment, liquid absorption technology is the leading technology in that field. A comparison with vapour compression in terms of environment impact (global warming) is presented. The comparison is the most favourable to adsorption when high global warming potential) fluids are used for the compressor unit and for short annual operating times. Waste heat low-grade cycles are attractive whatever the COP of the adsorption unit. Adsorption reversible systems should be also very interesting.
