Résumé

In Germany, 1 352 600 m2 flat-plate collectors were installed in 2003. With increasing use for heater support, the average plant size is rising. The price and an optically successful integration of the collector field into the roof membrane plays an important role from the view of the customer. The heating engineer orients itself at the assembly friendliness of the collectors. The optimization potential of panel collectors regarding weight reduction and minimization of the dimension with same or increased achievement by far does not yet exhaust.
