Résumé

The article presents the whole retrofitting process, including the operating conditions survey of the water system, determination of the frequency converter number, comparison and selection of the temperature difference control and pressure difference control, expression of the control objective, the analysis of energy saving effects, etc. By adopting some technical measures, it solves the problems of water system imbalance, water bypass loss of chillers and overhigh transport energy consumption of pumps and improves the indoor environment. Based on a field test and theoretical analysis, it quantifies the energy saving effects: reducing the annual energy consumption of water system by 565 000 kilowatt-hours compared with the operation data of 2008 and closing to the result of metering device.
