Résumé

Although this discussion of academics, and some architects and engineers, there is based on that the building project, there is a lack of evaluation methodology that integrates technology active and passive, or a combination of external environment and its correlation with the internal references environment. The envelope of the building suffers influence of solar radiation, in countries with tropical climate, among other variables external climatologies. Solar radiation is related to thermal load gains in coverage and facades of buildings leading to the pursuit of air conditioning and other cooling equipment for the feeling of comfort inside the building. To maintain the temperature of the inner surfaces in the thermal comfort of occupants of the building causing increased consumption and energy costs. It is important to know the temperature, humidity and solar radiation at a tropical region. Following the increase in atmospheric temperature and the dependence of the mass air advances or not. When compared with the data provided by the meteorological station on climatology versus indication of prefrontal inputs in the country. The interpretation of the climatic pattern was made taking into account the atmospheric dynamics, based on the displacement of prefrontal and its relations with the masses in the tropical season.
