Résumé

The capacity control of a variable speed vapour compression system using superheat information at the compressor discharge was investigated. A fuzzy controller was selected for the modulation of the discharge superheat. System identification based on predefined inputs and outputs was carried out to complete the state-space system model. The type of input signals was pseudo-random binary sequences and the order of system was assumed as being 7. To find the optimal fuzzy rule table, genetic algorithm was used as asearching tool. The experimental results showed that the optimized fuzzy controller alleviated undershoot and overshoot in the discharge superheat, outlet temperature of secondary fluid and refrigerant mass flow rate compared to PI controller.
