Résumé

The model is based on the mass, momentum and energy conservation equations written in one-dimensional and transient differential form. The resulting set of partial differential equations is integrated by the finite-volume technique and solved by successive substitution. The transient behaviour as well as the spatial distribution of the mass flow rate, specific enthalpy, pressure and vapour quality are presented and discussed.
