Résumé

The Harumi-Island Triton Square is a large-scale redevelopment area, in which were constructed buildings and DHC plant, which product minimum environmental load and maximum economical efficiency. In the design process, the author adjusted rational arrangement of DHC plant, adopted the thermal storage tanks of the domestic maximum capacity at the bottom of super-high-rise office. Furthermore, the author adopted large difference of temperature for delivery cold & hot water, high-efficient refrigerators, and realized the cheap heat charge. In the construction and operation process, he performed details commissioning. He achieved high primary energy COP and large amount of reduction of CO2.
