Résumé

Actual HVAC plants are deeply equipped with regulation systems for the management of the whole building-hydronic system, so they now cover an important place in the costs for their production and maintenance, the last one due to the continuous necessity of probe and software updating and substitution. As well as to guarantee comfort conditions, the main goal to achieve today is energy saving as far as possible. The aim of this paper is to put in evidence how relevant are both the planning phase of the HVAC system and the choice of the regulation system, having in mind the actual availability of different management opportunities that can combine together to obtain day by day the best result. Some realization exemplifying how a good regulation system can enhance the energy saving without damaging the comfort necessities will be presented, joint with some other situation where faults in planning and or in realization are causing more economical and energy.
