Résumé
Most ageing buildings have two things in common: they are inefficient users of energy, and they are vulnerable to the increasing demands placed on the electricity grid. The retrofit of a Melbourne office building has addressed these issues by installing trigeneration to deliver efficient heating and cooling, as well as a more secure power supply.
