Un nouveau type de pompe à chaleur utilisée pour le chauffage d'eau sanitaire : analyse de la performance sous des conditions variables.

A novel heat pump water heater performance analysis at variable conditions.

Résumé

The purpose of this study was to find the performance at variable climate conditions for the R410A heat pump water heater system, and the test method followed the standard of the JRA4050. The compressor operating frequency, evaporator and condenser operating models were judged according to the variable operating temperature and pressure. From the experimental results, this system had 8 kW heating capacity and the coefficient of performance was equal to 4.0 at dry-bulb temperature at 25°C climate condition. The condensing temperature was kept in 55°C when the hot water outlet temperature was 65°C. At the hot water outlet temperature The degree of the subcooling was large as well as the cold water inlet temperature was low. However, it will have a problem of liquid compression when the subcooling value was large. On the other hand, evaporator had a big pressure drop at the winter climate condition. The condenser water inlet temperature limiting the condenser refrigerant outlet, a decrease in system capacity and COP was seen with an increase in condenser water inlet temperature. Some of information could be get from those system measuring, An excellent performance would be occurred when the cold water inlet temperature was kept as low as possible, the evaporator could get more heat if the surrounding temperature was high, at the same time, the pressure drop between compressor inlet and outlet could be down, the work was generated by compressor could be decreased also, and the system performance could be increased.
