Un système de modèles mathématiques pour simuler et optimiser le comportement à charge partielle d'équipements frigorifiques.

A system of mathematical models to simulate and optimise the part load behaviour of refrigeration equipment.

Auteurs : NOWOTNY S.

Résumé

A system of mathematical models has been developed and tested to simulate the part load behaviour of refrigeration installations and equipment. Special emphasis has been given to the application of ammonia as refrigerant. The system of models is designed in a modular manner allowing to compare different designs of compressors and heat exchangers. Emphasis has also been given to study different control strategies to decide upon the most effective solution. As concerns the part load behaviour of condensers it was found that the condenser temperature and the temperature of the cooling medium has a strong impact on the consumption of the cooling medium. It is also important to design the correct ration of the size of the evaporator to the size of the condenser. It was found in practice the condenser of a refrigeration installation to be to small to allow an optimum operation of the installation. Finally, an equation has been derived allowing to estimate the optimum size of the condenser.
