The British Frozen Food Federation (BFFF) challenged students to come up with a product that demonstrated the potential of frozen food.
Sumaiyah Patel, the prize-winning student, created frozen tea cubes that contain freshly frozen fruits and herbs.
According to her, dried herbs and fruits are artificial and tasteless while frozen tea cube give a burst of flavor and stay fresher for longer.
