The frozen food market for the food service segment promises an even stronger growth. Estimated at 78 million € in 2012, it will expand at a CAGR of 26.6% to reach 253 million € by 2017. It is anticipated that technology, macroeconomic environment, and food consumption habits will catalyse the industry’s progression.
