Les principes HACCP pour la sécurité des aliments doivent être mieux respectées (en anglais)

La norme HACCP est la moins bien respectée sur les sites certifiés selon le Consortium des Distributeurs Britanniques (BRC).
HACCP has the top non-conformity figures globally across certified sites, according to a British Retail Consortium (BRC) report.

BRC Global Standards released ‘Food Safety a Global View’ report which fully analyses data and identifies vital trends and developments from audits conducted in 2012 in 113 countries in over 16,000 food sites covering products from raw fish to ready meals.

Hazards Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP) was the highest offender in the snapshot with 5.627 non-conformities found from audits.

It presented the most problematic set of criteria and insisted that sites worldwide needed to improve the maintenance of their HACCP food safety plans, according to the report.
