Methods of low temperature adsorption in technology of rare gases extraction.

Résumé

The authors have considered the mechanisms of the periodic adsorption at cryogenic temperatures. A complex of consecutive processes realized in the process of adsorber work including a working phase and sorbent regeneration processes has been investigated. Some criteria for the comparison of adsorption devices with various channel geometry have been offered. Experimental data on the values of the neon, helium and nitrogen static sorption in the wide range of parameters have been obtained. The influence of the operational and design factors on the sorbent dynamic capacity under real operational conditions of industrial devices has been studied.
