Résumé

This CD-ROM contains 57 papers presented at this IIR international conference, held in Baotou, China. The conference has been co-organised by BRIRE (Baotou Research Institute of Rare Earth). Baotou is the hometown of rare earths. It has the global largest rare earth separation line and rare earth metals production line. The papers deal with cutting-edge magnetic refrigeration technology. Main section topics were on the following: magnetocaloric materials; theory and modelling; magnetic cooling machines; unconventional cooling approaches and devices; pre-industrial models.
