Résumé

In this paper a solar assisted ground source heat pump with air-cooled gas cooler system using carbon dioxide as working fluid was designed to solve the operating problem that traditional ground source heat pump has. This novel system contains a solar energy collecting system and a carbon dioxide gas cooler system along with the traditional ground source heat pump using carbon dioxide as the working fluid. By using the carbon dioxide gas cooler, the model can immensely improve the situation of thermal unbalance in soil for regions where cooling load is higher than heating load. By using the solar collector to compensate the heat supply to mitigate the thermal unbalance in soil for regions where heating load is higher than cooling load. A numerical model for this system was developed based on TRNSYS. The simulation results on the novel system have shown that the thermal unbalance in soil can be lower than 0.1% by using this novel system. The performance of the proposed system in different regions was analyzed and compared with traditional ground source heat pump systems.
