Analyse numérique d'un cryorefroidisseur Stirling monobloc.

Numerical analysis of monobloc Stirling cryocooler.

Auteurs : CHEN X., XIA M.

Résumé

A mathematical model of monobloc Stirling cryocooler had been made to simulate its dynamic performance. The coefficients of flow resistance and heat transfer were considered to be variable. The working volume of monobloc Stirling cryocooler was divided into numerous fixed control volumes subjected to a periodic mass flow. The conservation equations of mass, momentum and energy were written for each control volume. A computer program was prepared in MATLAB and Visual C++, and the basic equations were solved iteratively. The mass, temperature and density of working fluid in each control volume were calculated for a given charge pressure, engine speed, and fixed compression and expansion surface temperature, and the results are obtained from a PC. The diagrams of pressure, temperature, and mass flow rate of compression and expansion spaces were given in the result. The P-V diagram and COP of the Stirling-cycle refrigerator were also calculated. The comparison of pressure and cooling power showed acceptable agreement between the simulation and experimental results.
