Résumé

In order to guarantee the laboratory animal room air environment security, positive pressure need to be kept between indoor and outdoor. In this paper, the pressure differential of a laboratory animal room was simulated and analysed. Firstly, the pressure differential on the windward side was simulated. The function of the pressure differential on the windward side was drawn. At the same time, the pressure differential among the indoor rooms was analysed in detail. At last, the way to protect the laboratory animal room air environment security was drawn.
