Résumé

Based on the results of thermodynamic analysis of a sorption heat pump, we have built and tested experimental intermittent ammonia – calcium chloride system. The adsorber was filled with new graphite – carbon fiber sorption composite. The mass ratio between calcium chloride and inert components was 0.75. Experimentally measured heat transfer coefficient of the composite was about 13-14 W/mK. Using the principles of DoE (Design of Experiment), we have analyzed the behavior of a heat pump during each phase of the sorption cycle and obtained the COPHP of the system. Each phase of the sorption cycle has been analyzed separately – before the next phase, the device was allowed to balance thermally. Although, influenced by the mass of construction elements, the highest obtained efficiency was 0.965 (for calculated theoretical value 1.131).
