This guideline is part of manual "Electrical engineering in building services" and is intended for the design of new buildings and for the retrofit of existing buildings for an acceptable indoor environment, practical energy conservation and efficiency in combination with other mechanical and electrical building services. Selected examples of plants and plant components (including room air and refrigeration engineering plants) are given and discussed.
