Résumé

The super low temperature fields created by evaporating liquefied natural gas has been widely investigated some of results from these studies include faster freezing times, power generation by cold energy and low temperature refrigeration. The vaporization of liquefied natural gas (LNG) occurs at the low temperature of -162°C. The study of the evaporation process for super low temperature liquids such as LNG are important for the cold energy utilization and vaporizer development. It is difficult to find existing studies on super low temperatures because of the high investigative costs and the lack of suitable test equipment. Some experiments have therefore been carried out to determine the temperature drop characteristics of vaporizer surface with super low temperature liquid nitrogen gas. The results were presented about the temperature transitions and phenomenon on vaporizer surface according to the flow-rates of liquid nitrogen and air.
