Résumé

This code of practice sets out the recommendations for good practice in carrying out tightness testing for leakage in fluorocarbon refrigeration systems in commercial and light industrial applications. It identifies the competence requirements for individuals performing leakage detection tasks in accordance with best practice and legal requirements and it emphasises the need for those designing, installing, commissioning, servicing and maintaining refrigeration systems to take all reasonable steps to minimise leakage potential.
