Résumé

The paper mainly deals with the quantitative comparison of different modeling and analysis of LiBr/H2O absorption chiller in the variable working condition. The investigation is based on the case that the condenser and absorber temperatures are controllable and treated as the given condition. Four modeling based on the different considerations of heat transfer coefficient of generator and evaporator was considered and compared. The dependent change of generator temperature and evaporator temperature was gotten. The generator temperature and evaporator temperature change oppositely with the variation of temperature and flowrate of hot water and chilled water. The trend of generator temperature and evaporator temperature is coincident with the change of condenser and absorber temperature. In most cases, the evaporator temperature is more sensitive to the working condition. The flowrate of hot water and chilled water influences the thermodynamic characteristic of system weakly as their values are twice as much as the design value. Besides, the modeling based on the constant heat transfer coefficient is acceptable for the simulation in the variable working condition. The paper can provide the foundation in the optimal design and control of LiBr/H2O absorption chiller.
