Résumé

In the first part of this article (see the Bulletin of the IIR, reference 2009-1961), the design and operation of gravitational heat pipe and heat pipes with a wick were described and capacity regulation methods and heat pipes characteristics were presented. This second part deals with examples of practical heat pipe applications in ventilating heat recovery units, in systems for ground temperature regulation (ex. railway to Tibet), for bridge heating, for cooling of electronic devices and many others.
