Résumé

The heating/cooling plant consumes about 30 percent energy of a commercial building. Reducing energy of the heating/cooling plant system in commercial buildings therefore is very important. This article introduces a method of cooling with outdoor air during intermediate seasons and winter: air conditioning only by air-conditioning units installed in each floor of a building without the operation of the heating/cooling plant.
