Résumé

In this research we comparatively analyzed the effect of 3 cryopreservation regimens on structural and functional characteristics of fetal neural cells. The usage of a cryopreservation regimen, designed by the authors of this paper enabled obtaining fetal neural cell suspension with a high viability. This regimen contributed to the integrity of mostly stem cells (CD133+, nestin+) due to the death of more differentiated neuron precursors (beta-tubulin III+-cells)) in heterogeneous composition of fetal neural cells. Functional activity of neural stem cells was assessed in vitro by the capability to neurosphere formation. Other two regimens contributed to the preservation of mainly functionally active neuronal or glial precursors. The functional activity of these cells was also controlled with in vitro culture. For this purpose we took into account the adhesive properties of neuronal and glial cells.
