Auteurs : JI J., HUN H., GAN W., et al.

Résumé

The development program of the comprehensive thermal test station which is applicable to 20-foot and 40-foot refrigerated containers is elaborated in the paper, and the refrigeration and air conditioning system and the electric and control system of the test station were designed, and programming and interface design of the software system were also done. By analysis of abundant data acquired of a IAAA refrigerated container in the air tightness test, heat leakage test and heat performance test, the conclusion is obtained that the development of the refrigeration and air-conditioning system and the software and hardware design were reasonable, which satisfies not only GB and ISO Standards but also the stricter ATP Standards brought forward by European countries. According to the ATP tests, the thermal test station requires short time to achieve stable working condition and is characterized by reliable and steady operation performance and strong adaptive capability, which facilitates the acquisition of low working intensity, and precise test results. The successful development of the thermal test station will boom the cold-chain industry and promote the competitiveness of refrigerated containers in the internal and external markets.
