Développement et étude expérimentale sur les équipements frigorifiques à plaques verticales encapsulées utilisés dans le stockage de glace.

Development and experimental study on the vertical capsulated plate ice storage equipment.

Résumé

By comparison among current ice thermal storage equipments, a kind of novel and high-efficient vertical capsulated plate ice storage equipment was developed. In this kind of ice storage equipment, the ice plate was laid vertically, and the air in it was gathered in the top small space, which can decrease the heat resistance and improve the heat transfer. The charge and discharge characteristics of the new ice storage equipment were analyzed by the mathematical models of ice storage and ice thaw. The technology indexes were verified by the ice storage experiment. The main technical specifications are the storage tank volume of 0.015 m3/kWh and the vessel heat transfer area of 0.41 m2/kWh. The results indicate that the ice storage tank can occupy small space and hold big heat transfer area, small thermal resistance and steady charge and discharge rate. Therefore, the study on the novel vertical capsulated plate ice storage equipment exploited the application of ice storage technology and redounded to save energy loss caused by heat counteracting cold.
