Different tools with district cooling to cool European cities.

Résumé
Urban cooling also provides a good solution for reducing CO2 emissions. It confines refrigerating fluids and limits risks related to Legionella. District cooling networks consume half as much energy as decentralised solutions and combined generation of electricity, and cold storage improve the global efficiency even further. The only disadvantage is in the magnitude of basic investments, but the very long life of these installations should make innovative financing solutions possible. The following articles contain a few example implementations.
