This document is an HVAC troubleshooting step-by-step guide to help facility managers and maintenance personnel solve indoor environment and energy or water consumption problems. It identifies indoor environmental quality problems that may be caused by the operation of the HVAC system and it contains a series (14) of procedures for a range of indoor environmental quality problems to assist maintenance personnel actually performing the investigations.
