Economies d'énergie dans les supermarchés grâce à des régulateurs intelligents.

Energy saving in supermarkets by intelligent controls.

Auteurs : LINDHARD B.

Résumé

Thorough investigations have shown that in average-sized supermarkets, without any ventilation and air conditioning, half of all electricity is consumed by the refrigeration installations. Of the various energy consumers, compressors make up half of the energy consumption whereas rail heaters use approximately 17-20%. With intelligent control (electronic refrigeration controls), however, savings of up to 20-30% can be achieved easily, depending on the location of the installation and the functions used for energy saving. Various application examples are presented, along with a basic introduction to energy saving methods.
