Résumé

In February 2002, the energy saving regulation (EnEV) became effective and replaced the energy saving regulation of 1995 (WSchV 95). WSchV 95 allowed only for the possibility of reducing the ventilation heat requirement of a building due to evidence of a certain degree of heat recovery. EnEV now makes it possible to take into account the contributions of the ventilation system in residential buildings, for domestic water heating and for the heating installation.
