Résumé
Recently, thermal environmental problems, such as global warming and heat island phenomenon in urban areas have become known. According to the IPCC Fourth Assessment Report, the most potential to reduce the carbon dioxide emissions is in the sector of architecture. Moreover, the primary energy consumption of a heat source system reaches 40-50 percent of all buildings. Reducing the energy consumption has been promoted by improving the performance of equipments however there is a limit to the efficiency of a conventional energy-supply system. The authors focused the area-wide energy utilization which saves energy. Compared with a conventional energy supply system, the area-wide energy utilization system has achieved energy saving by developing networks and integrated efforts. In this paper, the original simulation program which calculates the detailed energy consumption of the heat source system was developed. This calculation model was simulated by the thermal and electric load of each building use, the partial load characteristics of the heat source system and the climate condition. The building thermal and electric load of each building use was calculated by HASP/ACLD distributed from the Architectural Institute of Japan. DECC (Database for Energy Consumption of Commercial building) was employed for improving the accuracy of the calculation. As a result of the simulation, the quantitative characteristics of the energy consumption and environmental performance were confirmed. In addition, it is clarified that the area-wide energy utilization system has advantages compared with the conventional energy supply system.
