Résumé

R600a (isobutane) has been widely utilized in the field of household refrigerators as a natural refrigerant. However, the presence of lubricating oil affects heat transfer and consequently reduces system performance. Oil-free compressor exhibits potential for application in this field. Linear compressors have the advantage of being structurally compact and easy to achieve oil-free operation. The traditional oil-free linear compressor with aerostatic bearing relies on the exhaust as the aerostatic bearing supply, which has the disadvantage of reducing system flow and subsequently affecting system performance. Aiming to compensate for the discharge flow rate loss of the traditional oil-free linear compressor, a prototype of a self-lubricating linear compressor using vapor injection has been developed. This article presents a simulation study on the frequency adjustment and the initial aerostatic bearing position of the compressor. The results demonstrate the efficacy of the innovative gas supply method in augmenting the system's mass flow rate and optimizing overall performance.
