Résumé
The temperature field of refrigerant compression pump body in the rotary compressor is studied for understanding the pump temperature and the heat transfer mechanism with the lubricating oil sump and high temperature discharged refrigerant in compressor shell. The theoretical pump model of heat transfer was analysed firstly. After the temperature of key points around pump was experimental tested, the pump heat transfer was simulated by ANSYS. The results show that the discharged gas and the bottom oil will heat the pump, while the inner suction refrigerant gas will cool the pump. With the oil sump temperature is greatly decreased by an active cooling, the heat transfer of pump will change and the pump heat loss will also decrease much. This leads to improve the volumetric efficiency of the compressor, and also enhance the performance.
