Résumé

A new type of thermal expansion valve was designed and manufactured, and a new experimental apparatus to measure the inside leakage of H type thermal expansion valve was set up. The inside leakage amounts of the current and new H type thermal expansion valves were measured. A comparative experimental study on refrigeration performance of the automotive air conditioner using the current and new H type thermal expansion valves was carried out. The experimental results show that the stability of the automotive air conditioner in which the new thermal expansion valve is adopted has been improved significantly, no pressure fluctuation occurs in the evaporator outlet, the cooling capacity of the refrigeration system adopting new thermal expansion valve is the same as that of the refrigeration system adopting current one, and the EER of the new air conditioning system is 1.11-2.24% higher than that of the current system.
