Etude sur la performance d'adsorption d'un composé adsorbant de CaCl2 et de graphite expansé utilisant l'ammoniac comme adsorbat.

Study on the adsorption performance of composite adsorbent of CaCl2 and expanded graphite with ammonia as adsorbate.

Résumé

Adsorption performance is tested for the composite adsorbent by the volumetric measurement method. There are no expansion spaces for the composite adsorbent because there only have a dead volume 4.7 cm3 in the adsorber to transfer the adsorbate. The mass ratio of the CaCl2 and the expanded graphite is 4:1. The experimental results show that the equilibrium adsorption isosteres occur when the temperature rising speed of the adsorber is lower than or equal to 0.4°C/minute from 15 to 100°C.The relation between the equilibrium adsorption quantity, temperature and pressure of the adsorber is studied in this paper, the results show that, the equilibrium curves of the heating process and the cooling process match well together at constant adsorption quantity. The experiment results also show that the optimal working range of the adsorption quantity of the composite adsorbent is from 0.55 to 1.0 (g/g) and the maximum cycle cooling capacity of the working pairs calculated by the tested results is 585kJ/kg for an adsorption refrigerator at the general working conditions, condensing temperature 30°C, evaporating temperature -25°C, the desorption temperature 100°C and cooling water temperature 15°C.
