Etudes sur les supports pour le génie tissulaire à des températures de 133 K et effet de la réticulation sur la croissance des cellules.

Investigation of scaffolds for tissue engineering down to 133 K and the effect of cross-linking on cell growth.

Auteurs : SPOERL G., REINSCH H.

Résumé

A huge variety of chemical and structural biomaterials was tested for usage as scaffold material in tissue engineering. Impregnation behaviour, long-term stability, when soaked with different media, and cell culture behaviour were tested and partly influenced by cross-linking. Furthermore, a basic part of the investigation was the interpretation of the mechanical and thermal properties of the materials. Most of the tested materials were found as stable under the conditions of cryopreservation. Positive tested materials were successfully cryopreserved as cell-populated TE-constructs.
