Résumé

The environment analyzed is a corporate office occupied by administrative personnel, with an area of approximately 8600 m2, in a 13-floor building located in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The principal findings relate to user satisfaction levels, obtained through indications of general or localized comfort or discomfort, under environmental conditions identified by measurements.
