Rare gases extraction from waste flows of ammonia production.

Résumé

The paper investigates the physical fundamentals and the technological techniques of multicomponent mixtures produced during the ammonia synthesis. The composition of the so-called waste flows has been analyzed. The ways of the inflow of the inert gases into ammonia synthesis circuit have been shown. The potential volumes of helium, neon, argon, krypton and xenon, which can be extracted in the by-products of chemical industry, have been calculated. The preferable sequence of these flows processing has been grounded. The conditions resulting in acceptable degrees of extraction and the given substances quality have been formed.
