Résumé

In order to reduce the environmental burden by half, this building was constructed as an actual prototype in harmony with the environment and incorporated many architectural and environmental techniques and mechanical systems. Through planning, optimal construction and continuous follow up of operations, good results were achieved. Using natural energy, an automatic best control system, gas cogeneration, and energy management system, annual energy consumption was 796 megaJ/m2 (190 megacal/m2).
