Résumé

Finding the ways to improve the efficiency of cord blood stem cells action in recipient’s body maintains an urgent problem today. We investigated an influence of the frozen-thawed cord blood nucleated cells (CBNCs), combined with the use of rhythmic extreme (-120 ºC) whole body cooling (RE WBC) on some indices of neurohumoral regulation in the dynamics of aging in rats (6-24 months’ age). The functional state of neurohumoral regulation and the activity of its various units were assessed by spectral analysis of heart rate variability, immunoassay for thyroid and steroid hormones in the rat’s blood serum. There was found that the use of the frozen-thawed CBNCs introduced in combination with RE WBC significantly increased the indices of the activity of neurohumoral regulation in rats of different ages, but the re-use of these manipulations in dynamics of the aging allowed to achieve more pronounced and prolonged effect. A month later, the indices of spectral total power of neurohumoral regulation of 24 months old rats differed 3.3 times (at calculated significance level p < 0.05) between re-use group and single use one (compared with control rats); for the level of thyroxine (T4) an analogous difference was 1.7 times (at calculated significance level p = 0.05).
