Résumé

This study mainly discussed the effect on the heat transfer phenomenon of heat pipe in regard to axial vibration and different condensing section temperature. In the experiment, 600 mm in length and 8mm in diameter of grooved heat pipe copper round is used, and pure water is the working fluid in the pipe. Regarding the experimental parameter, frequency of the axial vibration is 3 Hz, 4 Hz, 5 Hz, 6 Hz and 9 Hz, and the amplitude of vibration is 2.8 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm and 25 mm. Conversion from above, acceleration is approximately 0.1 g ~1.01 g. Otherwise, the condensing section temperature is separately set for 20, 30 and 40 degree C. The heating piece is set up in the evaporating section to simulate the heating circumstance of constant heat flux boundary. The experimental result shows that the influence on the heat pipe in axial vibration environment is not directly related to the acceleration, but it is related to the vibration frequency and the amplitude of vibration. Changing condensation section temperature would affect the heat transfer phenomena of the heat pipe.
