Résumé
La courbe d'inversion est donnée par µ=0 (µ étant le coefficient de Joule-Thomson). Meissner et Jakob ont donné deux formes différentes de la courbe d'inversion aux basses températures. par des considérations thermodynamiques générales on peut démontrer que la courbe d'inversion ne coupe pas la courbe des pressions de vapeur comme il fut constaté par Rowlinson, mais se termine sur cette courbe à une certaine température Td
